We use UPS or USPS for all our outbound shipments and insure your shipment for replacement value only. If for some reason you feel that your package has been damaged due to poor shipping and handling, please contact your local UPS or USPS center for a claim. We will help provide you with all the help we can provide in getting your claim handled in a timely manner. After visual proof that your purchased item has arrived damaged it will be replaced, not refunded.
