Refunds ...
We do not offer a refund or exchange for personalized items unless it is a mistake that we made.
On all customized signs we will send you a computerized rendering of your requested customization for your approval. Only after your approval will the product be put in line for production.
If the purchaser has made a mistake, we regret that we cannot refund or exchange the sign, however, we do offer a discounted replacement.
Knots and wood grain will vary from piece to piece. It simply shows the natural characteristics within the wood. These characteristics are not considered defects and we cannot refund for this reason.
Shipping ...
We use UPS or USPS (Your Choice) for all our outbound shipments and insure your shipment for replacement value only. If for some reason you feel that your package has been damaged due to poor shipping and handling, please contact your local UPS or USPS center for a claim. We will help provide you with all the help we can provide in getting your claim handled in a timely manner. After visual proof that your purchased item has arrived damaged it will be replaced, not refunded.
